Relationships on Diagram Disappearing [message #208823]

Hi,

On my diagram, I can draw two Nodes and a NodeRelationship between them.
The model for the diagram is affected when I save, and looks like this:

RootNode
|-AnotherNode
|-Node
|-Node
|-NodeRelationship

However when I reload (or refresh), the NodeRelationship disappears and
the diagram is marked as dirty in Eclipse.

AnotherNode is a node I add manually via the model editor, the
NodeCreateCommand adds the Node elements to this programatically via the
EditingDomain CommandStack.

Any idea how to solve this problem?
