I have written an Editor with a custom ActionBarContributor that
configures the Action i'd like to have in my Editor which works fine.

But now i encountered a problem. I need to disable the ArrangeMenu-Item.
I only found a way to remove Actions completely within the init-method
but i only want to disable it.

I also want to disable the 'Arrange All' Action in my contextmenu.

How can i achieve this ?
