I am using the BIRT Report Designer. I select View Report in Web Viewer and click the Print toolbar button to print. When I do this, I am getting not one, but two popup HTML windows. One is the expected preview of the output. The other is about:blank. And unfortunately, the about:blank window is the one that Print dialog gets associated with.
What might cause this second window to appear? IE settings?
When I run the report through the web server directly from a URL in the browser, the Print behaves normally (a single popup window with the preview). The problem is just when launching the reports through the Designer.
We are running through a Citrix environment if that makes any difference.
