There is more than one :-)

You could start with the Eclipse help documentation. It contains lots of
tutorials and examples.

If you are trying to figure out how to download Eclipse, you can go to the
Eclipse downloads page (from the main Eclipse web page); there are links
there that can help you understand what the different Eclipse components
are, which ones you need for your particular task, and how to obtain them.

There are also many helpful articles on using Eclipse available on the
Eclipse web site, and there have been quite a few books written about using
and extending Eclipse.

I guess it depends on what you want to do with Eclipse. If you just want
to get started with Eclipse as an integrated development environment,
[1][2] may help, although the articles seems a little old now.

If you are interested in writing plugins, then something like [3] may help.

In any event, try downloading Eclipse 3.2.2 [4] and step through some of
the stuff in the welcome page. If you have specific questions news
groups like this are a great place to start.
