Is there a way to programmatically change the sashform of a
MasterDetailsBlock ? By default it seems the sash evenly splits the
MasterDetailsBlock with its underlying Details, I want to make the
MasterDetailBlock smaller on creation (move the vertical sash to the left by
50%)
