This isn't a technical newsgroup. Use eclipse.newcomer or
eclipse.platform for technical questions. Given Eclipse is open source,
you can look at source code to see how such things are implemented
Alt-Shift-F1 or F2 are the plugin spy features you can use to see what
implements the things you see in the IDE.
