Eclipse User

Whenever I run servlet from eclipse the download windows appears instead of showing servlet page. The same problem used to happen when I used the windows and now I use
Ubuntu(13.10) and same problem is there. Now the problem is more after closing the download window the eclipse terminates automatically but the port is still running.
So next time when I open the eclipse I cant be able to use that port.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the other eclispe also but the problem is still there.
