Downloaded pax source code:
ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/pax/pax_20120606.orig.tar.gz

From here
packages.debian.org/source/sid/pax

But have no idea how to debug it with Eclipse. I've done a lot of debugging before in Java and in C with Bloodshed Dev-C++.
