Depends on what interaction behavior you mean by "context-sensitive" help.
We have used the Eclipse Help System in standalone mode as the help system
for Java Swing applications--where we have a Help menu or Help button click
will show the Eclipse help system UI open to a specific topic.
Is that the type of interaction you mean?
