External AUT Agent Not Working [message #1221988]

Hi All
whenever I start my external AUT Agent command prompt opens up and then gets close down quickly.I again have to reinstall jubula(and had to delete .jubula logs) to make it work properly.It then works again for few time before behaving in same fashion.
Any idea why it is happening so?

Hi there,

This is new to me. What version are you using, on what operating system (32/64 bit?). It feels like it could be a firewall / port problem.
