File tabs seems to be replaces randomly [message #1221958]

I am using Juno SR 2 eclipse CDT on Ubuntu 12.04. While loading new file into the native editors, opened files appear to be replaced randomly. The replaced file magically appears if I go back (Alt+Left ) and then come forward (Alt+Right).

Is there a way to fix this random replacement of previously opened files ?
