Anyone tried to compile the 0.8.2 source on their own machine recently?
I followed the wiki, but there's still things missing, and a fresh checkout of the master branch won't build cleanly, and nearly all the tests fail. I'm on Eclipse 3.7.2.
I don't mean this to be a call-out or otherwise negative. I'm just curious about what I'm missing, because I'm sure I'm missing something...
Also missing from the source tree is org.eclipse.edt.tests.sql.eunit.java. Where would one get that?
Several of the projects have missing src directories, etc.
One or two rely on having versioned projects (projectname_0.8.2) in the build path, but there's seemingly no recipe to build those from the un-versioned project.
If anyone's still out there that still knows how to build the thing from source, could you write up a few hints? Also, I assume the whole thing gets built at compiler compliance level 1.6?
