Hey,

parallel to my RCP Test I want to test a local html page. The Problem is that the AUT will not start. I have used google already, but I didn't found anything helpfully. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. I have also installed the (very) old Firefox 3.0.x, because I had read that it will only starts with this old Version. But it was not starting at all.
I attached a screenshoot from the AUT configuration, perhaps you can see the problem

greetings,
Sascha

Just to make sure: are you using the Eclipse for Testers package or the the standalone version? The package doesn't contain the RC components for HTML testing due to license issues (part of the code is not EPL compliant).

Hey,

I'm using the eclipse package. So the HTML test are not supported, correct? Is there a way to extend the eclipse plugin or should I install the standalone for HTML tests?

For the time being there is no simple way to add the required components to the package. You may install a standalone version and use its autagent (instead of the embedded agent) together with the package.

If anyone is interested in helping to open source the HTML RC components (on bitbucket.org, not eclipse.org, due to the mentioned license issues) and build an installable feature for Eclipse for Testers please contact us on the Jubula dev mailing list.
