I need help figuring out what is being said in this UML diagram, I don't really understand what information it is giving me.

Hi,

Well, this is a class diagram that shows a bunch of classes in an
inheritance hierarchy that have various attributes of various types
with various visibilities, and various operations with various
visibilities. There also appear to be some interface realizations, but
the interfaces (if that's what they are) aren't rendered correctly.
They should have the <<interface>> keyword above the name. The actual
contents of these classes are pretty much nonsense.

But, what is it specifically that you don't understand? This is a very
open-ended question. Have you read any UML tutorials? There are
plenty out there for Google to find ... and all of them explain these
basics of class diagrams.

HI

The fairly meaningless and conflicting names are a strong indication
that this is a test model used to exercise some corner functionality
somewhere.

Since you don't understnad it, it is clearly not one you need to understand.
