JAXB project wizard is not appearing in Eclipse J2ee [message #1219700]

Hi

When i try to create new JAXB project through eclipse , i am unable to see the JAXB project wizard link in eclipse.

I clicked on File->New->other->enter in to wizard window ->JAXB

Here iam able to see only 'schema from jaxb classes' wizard.'JAXB project' wizard supposed to be there.

Can any one please let me know the reason why it is not there.
