Hi! Totally new here, so please bear with me..

Briefly said, I followed this tutorial:

ht
tp://www.r
cp-vision
.com/?p=
1157&lang=en
(Mind the line breaks scattered in the url so I could post this...otherwise the forum thinks I'm posting spam).

And it all worked out nicely. I got a plugin for the model, a feature in a product for the cdo server, and an application plugin to continue working from.

When starting the server from the product configuration file ("Launch an Eclipse application") everything runs smoothly and I can access the cdo repo and use it normally, storing, committing, and so on.

My question is:

Is it possible to start the product programmatically? Right now I got to manually start the server, and then I can work with it. However, it'd be great if I could start it from the application's plugin code.

Did that make any sense?

It'd be no problem attaching the source code should anyone need it to provide an answer.

Thanks, and regards,

cR.
