The use of iframes in the infocenter means that users can't just copy and paste the url of pages they are on. This impacts our support people, who want to be able to do this for customers.
It makes the dom more complex than necessary if you're using jquery/javascript to enhance page functionality. For example, cross-browser bookmarking functionality, since infocenter only offers bookmarking in IE. (And REALLY, just supporting IE in this day and age?)
Not to mention - it's tech from the last millennium, not just the last century. Can't we update the infocenter a bit? Get some divs in there?
