I must be missing something very obvious...

I am trying to checkout modules from CVS *into* a package layout. That is,
for package

com.foo.bar

I need to checkout modules which contain the files that would go in the
directory

com/foo/bar

The modules themselves do *not* have this directory structure in them;
they are relative. Also the modules *do* have a top-level directory
(perhaps by necessity) that has nothing to do with the package structure.

There has got to be some way to checkout a module "bas" so that its
contents are deposited inside the existing directory com/foo/bar. Right?
Please?

As a side note, when I simply do a New Project from CVS checkout, the
package names do not match the directory structure, but rather than
complain about this, Eclipse seems to have no idea the .java files are
even Java source files.

What am I missing?!!
