Connections only connected on one end... [message #196546] Thu, 22 September 2005 22:02

Ahoy!

Hopefully this problem stems from my lack of understanding of GEF
connections. Here's my situation: I am generating connections
automatically from my model without having the user draw them.
Essentially, when such a connection is created, only one end is
connected to an editPart. The other end generally rests at point 0,0. If
I have all of the EditParts refresh, this corrects the problem. So, it's
not an issue with the way I am establishing connections from the model.
The issue is that I do not properly know how to set the other end of the
connectionEditPart. The connection only gets connected to the EditPart
that ends up calling getSourceConnections() or getTargetConnections().
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
