Dear Mr. Gornback,
well, it's wierd because I don't have installed GMF. I tried to update
some of my plugins but then I get this error. I'm using Eclipse Web tools
bundle, and I do have EMF and GEF in my project configuration, but no GMF.
Probably some component contain it ?

Thank you, Milan

Well, I'd say you must have GMF installed for an update to be looking at our
update site. We recently updated our build and update site structure, so
the site referenced below is no longer available. In fact, that one is
quite old.
What version of Eclipse, etc. are you using? Check your configuration to
see what you actually have installed. Also, try explicitly updating only
those installed features you want, or just uninstall GMF if you don't need
it. The only other projects that use GMF are the BPMN modeler in STP and
UML2 Tools, afaik.

Yes, I supose this too, but in my update sites GMF doesn't exist. Where
can I find that part which is updating GMF ?

I'm using Eclipse Europa (3.3) bundled with Eclipse Web tools project 2.0.
I use Intalo BPMN Modeler, but not in this particular Eclipse installation.

Try updating by going to the Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration
and selecting an installed feature, then in the Properties select 'Scan for
updates'.
Or, from Find and Install, select "Search for new features to install" and
choose only those you want updated from the Europa discovery site. It will
also update installed features using this method.
Lastly, you could use zips to update.
