hello,

I have downloaded eclipse 3.2 and CDT 3.1.1. Then I unzipped eclipse
as root to usr/shared and also unzipped CDT there.
Now I can start eclipse but it does not compile my program.

Before explaining the problems with compilation I'd like to know if my
installation is ok - I doubt this.
I read the installation description from Max Berger but for linux
there is not much there or it is not sufficient for me as newcomer.
g++, make and gmake are available.

I am working with SuSe linux 10.1 on a AMD Athlon64.

Thanks in advance for your tips.

Klaus

Nikolaus,

Maybe you need to run with the -clean option to refresh the
configuration. Probably asking questions in the CDT newsgroup will get
you more specific answers...
