How do you get the frame that the mouse pointer is in, to come into focus
without clicking in that frame? As I move my cursor lets say from the
code edit frame, to the Outline or Navigation frame, I want the new frame
to be active so I can scroll and see methods and classes listed without
first clicking in the new frame and possibly losing my place in the edit
frame because I clicked in the wrong place.

Looks like half the users I've observed have cursor activated frame focus
and half don't.
