You can do this in two basic ways:
1) You download the plugins from the plugin's web side. Unzip it and
copy the content to your Eclipse directory
2) Go: Help->Software Updates->Find and Install->Search for new features
to install there you can download some plugins from the Calipso project
or from other updates sites (links to them usually can be found on the
plugin's web site, but not every plugin has it's own update site)
