Hi I Just downloaded the latest SDK 3.2. Then I tried to create a new J2EE
project from the wizard. But in the list, there is no J2EE project in the
list.

So I try to update it from the Menu Update Software, it said net working
is wrong. But my network is okay. I just download SDK 3.2 from eclipse
website a minute ago.

Help please. Thanks.

The SDK by itself does not include J2EE development features, just plain
J2SE. To do web development you need to go into the Update Manager and add
the "WTP" component, as well as the other components that it requires.

Did you install the WTP (Web Tools Project) plugin? That's where you
get J2EE functionality.

Thanks for help. When I tried to Help->Software Updates -> Find and
Install -> Search for new features to install. I got following error:

Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.2".
Unable to access site: "http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.2"
[Connection refused: connect]
Unable to access site: "http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.2"

what's wrong?

I'm not sure. (Firewall settings, perhaps?)

But you can also download the WTP components and prerequisites by hand. Go
to http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/ and click on the latest
released 1.5 build; make sure to read the text at the top of the page you
get to, because it tells about all the prerequisites.

You're most likely behind a web proxy or firewall. In the Preferences
dialog you can select Install/Update section and specify web proxy settings.

By the way, this is a FAQ - please take some time to search previous
messages before posting a question.

Hope this helps,
Eric
