What does "Duplicate feature" mean, and what should I do about it? [message #186559]

In my Eclipse console, I see a bunch of messages like the following. What
exactly does this mean, and what should I do about it? I wonder if this
has something to do with the fact that Eclipse asks me to update TPTP
every single time I check for updates.

Dear David,

have a look at Help->Software Updates->Manage Configuration
Switch on "Show Disabled Features" and then
open the tree. Does the feature appear more than once?
If so, select the disabled feature and click on "Uninstall".
If you have multiple disabled features, repeat the procedure.
Restart Eclipse then the message should no longer appear.

Background info: Being able to have more than one feature version in
your Eclipse installation helps to test and compare different versions
by switching back and forth.
