When try to stop the server IDE was blocking [message #186255]

Hi all,

When the user want to stop the server (Servers view, context menu stop).
In the stopAction.perform during execution of stopping method has
displayed message dialog and this action blocking IDE. What do you thing
is that stopping action should be put in separate tread or has reason for
the current code?
