I've spent some time looking for a way to add custom keywords to the various syntax coloring fields, and have basically turned up nothing.

I find it hard to believe, but I'm coming to the somewhat ridiculous conclusion that the only way to manipulate this list of simple strings to write a plugin or modify the CDT Source. Seriously, is that the only way? I can't create/modify a configuration file to expand the list?
