I have had problems since Callisto was released in that several of my
plugins completely disappear from the platform, even with a clean restart,
after using the update site, in almost any manner. I thought there were
conflicts between different plugins from other vendors, but when I "hand
built" my Eclipse system by dragging features and plugins from site
downloads, then everything worked. I am not sure if this is a Mac specific
problem. Has anyone run into this issue?
