Hi,

I would like to create an overview of my editpart so that users can see
the entire workspace.

I'm looking for an example or help on how to implement and editpart
viewer to have this overview.

If anyone has and example or guidance i would appreciated it.
Thanks,
Robert

not sure what you mean by "workspace", but most or all the GEF examples
have overview panes that show either a graphical or structural overview
of the diagram being edited.

regards,
chris

I have the same problem. I want to create an overview too. In GEF version 2,
there is a class called "GraphicalRootEditPartWithOverview" that seems most
appropriate for our use; However, in newer version, this class has been
deleted.

I am wondering if there is some other classes that perform the same function
as "GraphicalRootEditPartWithOverview" does?

I will appreciate it if any one can give a hand.

In the logic example's outline view, click on the overview toolbar button.
