Hii Bjorn Van Willigen,

Eclipse is not a server but IDE. You can choose Jdevelopers which is specially used by me for creating frames, dialogs or windows in AWT/Swing (Java). It provides you drag and drop facility which will decrease your time in preparing your projects. You can use net beans but i have never worked with that.
If you are looking for server than look for Jetty, GlassFish and Tomcat.
