Hello simon,

this is the external flag in the diagram label node in the graph model.

there was a discussion with the title External Label in January...

What I did:

1. Delete the diagram plugin
2. Create a Figure Descriptor with a Label as child
3. Create a Diagram Label with property "Figure": Above Figure Descriptor
4. Create a Label as child of whatever node mapping.
5. Regenerate
