I have implemented my own router that extends AbstractRouter. I also
have a slider on top of the canvas that lets me zoom into my main canvas
(uses the same org.eclipse.gef.editparts.ZoomManager).

I am doing something wrong in my router that when I am at anything but
100% zoom, the connections loose their roots and start coming out of
some arbitrary points.

any idea about what the problem could be ?

thanks a lot.

You aren't translating the co-ordinates.

Have a look at NullConnectionRouter#route

NullConnectionRouter is an innner class in ConnectionRouter.

Best,
Brian.
