Tomas,

Are you using the Contribution Item Service? If so, take a look at the
menus and groups defined in the plugin.xml file of the
org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.providers plugin.

No, I'm using regular popup (like "Load Resaource..." does)

I solved it by setting it - by accident - to:

addGroup
