So we use JET2 on Mac OSX, Windows 7 and XUbuntu.

We're currently experiencing some problems on XUbuntu when generating to an existing (previously generated) project containing existing files.

If we try and generate with an existing project there it works perfectly. If the project is already present it fails with an IOException.

Any ideas? Any suggestions on getting more information? The output from JET isn't particularly helpful.

I've seen that happen for several reasons: (1) Writing over an empty file causes an IOException, (2) Overwriting a file using a differently cased name and (3) when there's an authorization problem.
