Eclipse web tools have syntax highlighting source editors and an
internal browser that you can have open simultaneously.

There are several third-party plugins that offer that kind of feature.
One I happen to know about is MyEclipse, but I'm pretty sure ther are

Sybase has contributed a WYSIWYG editor to the webtools project. It'll
likely be a while before it's available on the update site. But it's
coming...

I only found MyEclipse which is not free (and seems to work only on
windows, while I use linux)...

does anybody know if there's something else available?
