Can't Open Browser Window [message #165025]

I'm running Eclipse with the Ruby on Rails plugin on Suse Linux 10.1.
Firefox is my default browser. When I select Help Contents on the Help
menu I get an error that says 'Unable to open web browser on {0}.' When I
try to open a Browser window (after starting the web server), a browser
window draws but no contents are displayed (the window remains gray). I
have looked thru the Preferences but have not found a place to see or
change the Eclipse browser. What can I do?
