How can I distribute (web) projects without CVS/SVN? [message #163975]

I tried export but this appears to be only for CVS users.

Eclipse, I got an error that the 'src' dir was missing (although it was
there).

Strange, I have File/Export/As an archive file, which allows exporting
to a zipped format.
