Hi WTP Experts

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm puzzled by the 2 downloads.
One is wtp-R-1.0.1....
and the other is wtp-sdk-1.0.1....

What is the difference?

I think the main difference is that the SDK build contains the source
code. Normally SDK builds are for people developing code for that module
or project and non-SDK builds are for people who simply want to use them.

So if you want work with WTP, download the non-SDK. If you want develop
for WTP itself (i.e. extend its functionality), download the SDK.
