This build fixes a problem in the previous build (I200703271636), which
included version 1.1.0 of net.sourceforge.lpg.lpgjavaruntime but referenced
version 1.0.0 in the org.eclipse.ocl feature manifest.

It also resolves a temporary Java API breakage in the
org.eclipse.ocl.utilities.TypeElement interface, which had removed the
setName(String) and setType(C) methods. These are restored. See
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=175446 for details.
