Could you elaborate? What happens when you right click on the jsp and
hit debug? Is the jsp dispaly but not just hitting the bp?

Yes. When I right click on the jsp and hit debug on server, the jsp file
displayed in the debug perspective.I set breakpoint in the jsp
file.weblogic server have be connected.But the program don't be broke on
breakpoint.
I can do this on Tomcat/Jboss server.
