Hello,

According to the following documentation, the page type default for all new reports is supposed to be determined by the locale:

http://www.eclipse.org/birt/ref/rom/elements/MasterPage.html#Property-type

However, this does not seem to be the case. I am running the standalone BIRT Report Designer (versions 3.7.2, 4.2.2 and 4.3.0) using multiple locales (specifically France and Australia). I would expect A4 to the be the default, but instead it is always US Letter.

Am I missing something?
