hello, how one can change the default yellow "folder" icon for the custom
palette nodes and use one of their own? Like, for instance, they did in
Carbide.UI (a theme creator for symbian os made with gmf).

It seems, you have to modify xxxPaletteFactory#createXxxGroup and set an
ImageDescriptor for 'paletteContainer'.
