Unknown file type error while we export the report in excel , ppt or doc [message #1073281]

Hi All,

We have integrated BIRT 4.3 with our java based application . It works fine but we have a issue that while we export the report in excel(format XLSX), ppt(format pptx) or doc(format docx) it didn't recognise the file type and it asking for open with then i have to manuaaly select the ms-excel ,ms-ppt or ms-word.

pls find the screenshot.

What version of Microsoft Office are you using?
