Imported JARs into Utility JARs of a J2EE project and J2EE Module Dependencies? [message #158188]

I have imported JARs from file system into the "Utility JARs" of
a J2EE project.

They are not deployed as part of the J2EE application and it is
probably related to bug 116783.

But, I am wondering if they should be seen as selectable dependent
JARs for a web application contained in the same J2EE application?

I believe you are encountering:

It should be fixed soon, but if you can't wait, use an SDK version of
WTP 1.0.1, and feel comfortable patching a plug-in or two, it's not hard
to get this working. Let me know, if you are interested.
