J2EE Module Dependency lost at deployment [message #158149] Fri, 27 January 2006 15:08

I have an Enterprise application project in which I have added variable
based JARS in the J2EE module dependencies section of the project
preferences.
In the EJB project belonging to that application I checked those
dependencies in the J2EE module dependencies section. Unfortunately when
deploying on WebLogic 9 I get a NoClassDefFoundError on a dependency class.
When I checked the EAR file that was build at deployement, I realized the
dependent JARS were missing. Though when exporting the EAR I can see they
are there. This means I have to deploy it manually which is annoying... Is
this a known bug or do I have to report it?
One last thing to mention is that the module dependencies in the EJB project
show a warning facet but I could not tell why.
