How to close the comment shortcut (shift+Left-double click)?

when i press the shift and select few line of code , the eclipse will comment these lines.

In prefs/editors/keys ,i can't find this shortcut.

How do i close or change this shortcut?

My eclipse
Version: Juno Release
Build id: 20120614-1722

ps:I'm using ADT 21.
