How do I remove jar files from WEB-INF/lib ? If I just delete it from the
filesystem I get publishing errors.

or, if you've deleted them from the filesystem, right click on the
WEB-INF/lib and select Refresh. This will resync Eclipse's internals
with what's actually on the filesystem.

Does anyone know why "Refresh automatically" is now disabled by default?
I think it would prevent a lot of problems, especially for Eclipse newbies.
