Minimize does not minimize to a TrimStack anymore [message #1068062]

Now when I minimize views they just shrink in place until I only see the tabs.... they used to minimize to a "TrimStack" (i.e. icons along the side or bottom of the eclipse window).

I have no idea how I messed this up or how to fix it. Any ideas?
