Eclipse SDK 3.72 with plugin C/C++ windows 7 32bit [message #1067551]

Hi there

I am wondering if Eclipse SDK 3.72 with plugin C/C++ can work properly under windows 7 32bit ? I have working project working on Win 8 64bit and all my effort to get the same project to generate a bin file on Win 7 32 was to no avail .
Can someone advise me please

The problem of same project is working on Win 7 32 bit and not on Win 8 x64 turned out to be 'One capital character' which costed me an arm and a leg
I renamed "Makefile" to "makefile".

If this is not your issue look at the PATH in settings in project builder
I hope it will help someone out there
