I have seen lot of messages on HTML editor. But just wondering has anyone
developed HTML widget control which I can put it on SWT form/composite. I
don't need any complete HTML functionality either. Just need the basic
functionality. I can probably extend that if I need any additional
functionality.
Also, I read on GEF site (project plan) somewhere, that they are rolling
out this control in future release. Can somebody provide more information
on that -like requirements, schedule etc.
Thanks in advance.

There is such a browser widget in SWT but it depends on an installed native
browser.

We are "rolling out" text editing functionality in 3.1. HTML is considered
a potential use case, and we want to make it possible to create an excellent
HTML editor. But we have no plans to create that editor.
